Ombudsman
Atrimis AG is affiliated with the independent ombudsman recognized by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance, the Finanzombudsstelle Schweiz (FINOS). In the event of any disputes over legal claims between our clients and Atrimis AG, clients may contact this ombudsman at any time. Information regarding administrative costs associated with mediation procedures can be found on the ombudsman's website.
